  The order, though FedEx routed it through Kansas City (!) arrived in perfect condition. After thawing the turkey in the refrigerator, I roasted it for Christmas dinner and it was delicious. I do not stuff it, to save time. I just use whole onions with seasoning and it the flavor was very good.

  Texture and and taste of the bird was v/good. After thawing, brined, seasoned and roasted. It took less time than expected given the size.
