Delivery Regions
Where we ship: We ship throughout the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground (1–3 day delivery window).
Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Weekly Dispatch Schedule
To ensure packages never sit in transit over weekends, all online orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
Once shipped, transit takes 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Packaging & Freshness
Our 100% Grass-Fed and Organic meats are hand slaughtered according to strict Halal standards, vacuum packed, and flash frozen.
Orders ship in insulated containers packed with extra dry ice to maintain cold temperatures throughout delivery.
NYC Local Delivery
Located in New York City? We offer direct local delivery via Uber from our Farmer's Market stands.

Rates & Policies
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated by package weight and destination zone at checkout.
- Tracking & Arrival: Ensure someone is available to unpack and freeze items promptly upon delivery.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
