For more than a decade, Samer has devoted himself completely to Halal Pastures and to the land behind it. His focus has always been simple: grow food with care, integrity, and respect for the way it should be grown. He is deeply involved in the farm's daily life and has spent years working toward producing clean, organic vegetables that he is proud to bring to families, chefs, and the community.
