Delivery Location
You may notice your order is shipped from Kansas City despite being located in New York. All our products come from and are processed in New York, however, we send it to the Midwest as this allows customers across the US to get better shipping rates and provide to a larger community within the US.
We ship our meats anywhere within the continental US. However, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
We also offer Uber delivery within NYC from our Farmer's Market stands . Delivery is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. To use our delivery service within NYC, just send us an email to meatpickup@halalpastures.com with your order.
Shipping Schedule
Please note all orders placed on the webiste throughout the week shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This shipping schedule helps us ensure that your packages do not remain in transit over the weekend, maintaining their quality.
We will send you an email letting you know we shipped your order and include the tracking information! Your order will be delivered within 1-3 days of it being shipped.
Packaging
Our 100% Grass-Fed and Organic meats are hand slaughtered adhering to the strictest Halal standards, vacuum packed and flash frozen. We ship our meats frozen in an insulated containers with dry ice.
FedEx Delivery Schedule
Orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground and it can reach you anywhere in the US in 1-3 days at most. You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number once your order ships. We are placing extra dry ice in all orders to ensure that your order arrives in good condition.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are by weight, depending on your zone. Before you checkout you will see the shipping rate for your order. Please note that we can no longer afford to offer free shipping to our customers due to the large increase in price of freight and shipping matterials.
Shipping and Delivery Notification
You will be notified by email of the expected delivery date, please make sure someone is home to pickup the package and immediately put it in the freezer for later consumption. We are not responsible for any packages once they have been delivered to your shipping address. Meat may thaw in transit and as long as the meat is cold to the touch, it is in good condition!
