Option 2- Lamb Udhaya/Qurbani Deposit- Process Your Own Animal

YOU WILL PERFORM THE UDHAYA, CUTTING, SKINNING AND GUTTING OF YOUR LAMB AT THE FARM

The cost of the animal will be $6.50 per pound. There is a $200 deposit to reserve your animal. Upon arrival, each animal will have a tag that has the weight and the price on it. The animals will be between 80 and 120 pounds live weight for you to choose from.  You will get to choose the animal you like and pay the balance before slaughtering.  You will need to perform the Udhaya yourself at the farm, including gutting, skinning and cutting the animal and please bring the equipment that you need to do so.  Please bring a cooler, your own knife set and plastic bags.  We will have animals that are six month or older. Our lambs are grass-fed and have no synthetic hormones or antibiotics in them and are healthy. Because the animals have to be born before the spring to meet the shariah age requirements, the animals were also given non-organic grains as part of their diet during the winter. 

We will have a celebration at the farm for Eid with activities for the children and adults. 

Please reserve your animal in a separate order so we can keep track of it away from all the other products. 

Qurbani/Udhaya will only be performed on the first day of Eid. 

Please know that your $200 Deposit is not refundable.
