    Hot and spicy, our Italian Sausage with casing gives the right kick to your taste buds. Our sausage is made with our halal organic 100% grass-fed ground beef and is mixed with our special organic spice blend of Organic Parsley, Organic Anise, Organic Salt, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Paprika, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Ground Garlic and Organic Cayenne. Our sausages are also nitrate and nitrite free! Our sausages come in 2 packages. Each package has 5 links for a total of 10 links. 

    Our cows live on 1,000 acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat. There are no chemical or synthetic fertilizers used on the pasture. The cows have not been given any hormone implants or any type of hormones and have never been given any antibiotics. 

    All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.10LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

      Although I'm not the best cook, I've made the best sausages I've ever tasted out of these. One of my favorite products from halal pastures. I'm very glad I found this website and would highly recommend.

      These "sausages" are spicy and delicious and don't have preservatives or scary ingredients. I cook them like ground beef, keep the sausage shape, or even form them into patties. They're versatile and craving-worthy.

      Ordered these sausages to make with eggs in the morning = very nice and spicy. Nothing like the store purchased sausages that are full of preservatives and nitrates. These would work for a quickly prepared lunch with some pasta as well.
