Beef Kabob Organic 100% Grass Fed

A while back, I received a part of someone else's order by mistake, and it included this kebab meat. I had never tried it and after years and years of enjoying other HP meats, I was astonished by the quality, tenderness and flavor of this product. Even if you don't make kebab at home, you will think of a dozen other ways to use this cut!

Meat cut was not up to standard (not lean) and there is a lot of fat around most of the meat which I had to cut off.

It is very hard to find premium quality organic halal meat. After trying beef kabobs from halal pastures I must say that they were the best I ever had. I hope they keep up their standard for years to come.

Salam, First of all, I am very happy to be able to find grass-fed, pasture-raised meats; because it is very scary how the conventional farmers are treating animals with cruelty, placing them in the worst conditions, and feeding them unnatural genetically modified foods; that in addition to growth hormones, antibiotics and God knows what! The taste of Kabob is really good, to the point that today, while I was eating in the kitchen of the building where I work, many people stopped by to ask about the food as they were attracted to the aromatic smell.
