The sirloin tip steak is a steak cut from the back of the animal.In US butchery, the steak is cut from the rear back portion of the animal, continuing off the short loin from which T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut. This cut does not have any bones and is very tender.
2LBS option comes with 1-2 pieces of steak 1 inch thick
5lbs option comes with 2-3 pieces of steak 2 inch thick " chefs favorite cut "
All our beef is sourced from small local farms. We work closely with them to ensure that our animals are ethically raised on organic pastures without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.15 LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.
