 Halal organic turkey liver. 

 Our turkeys are all hand slaughtered and they are certified Halal by HFSAA, they are also USDA certified organic and pasture raised. They are humanely raised on small family farms without the use of any antibiotics, arsenicals or hormones. The chickens are fed only non-GMO organic grains, with no animal by-products, no pesticides or herbicides are ever used. All our turkeys are now air-chilled which means NO added water or whatsoever, in fact the birds lose on average 5% of it water weight during the chilling process, this means you get nothing but tasty, tayeb Turkey and more meat for your dollar spent.

All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.10 LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.
