Description
Ground lamb meat, about 75%-80% lean.
All our lamb is 100% pasture raised. Our animals are ethically raised on organic pastures without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs. Our lambs live on hundreds of acres in upstate New York and are rotationally grazed on certified organic pasture. Rotationally grazing means that the animals are moved from one paddock of pasture to another so that they are constantly getting fresh grass to eat.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.25 LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.

Ground Lamb Organic 100% Grass Fed
Bismillah, may Allah swt bless this umma and all other umma's. And may Allah swt help us come together in the way most pleasing to Allah. I am very thankful for this lamb. It is delicious. I seasoned it with himalayan salt, dried commonly italian herbs and a can of organic diced tomatoes (preferably with the tomato skin off). I fried it in a saucepan until fully cooked and ate it alongside of basmati rice. Alhumdulillah.
