Goat cut into small pieces made for stew. It comes in 1lb package.
Halal Pastures' goats are Certified Organic, hand slaughtered and raised in the Hudson Valley of New York. Our goats browse on certified organic land. They eat grass, tree bark, tree leaves (maple leaves are their favorite), bushes and any nutrients they need from the land. Also, there was no sewage used on the land and no chemical or synthetic fertilizers either.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.05 LBS. When we process our animals it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.
