Halal Pastures' goats are Certified Organic, hand slaughtered and raised in the Hudson Valley of New York. Our goats browse on certified organic land. They eat grass, tree bark, tree leaves (maple leaves are their favorite), bushes and any nutrients they need from the land. Also, there was no sewage used on the land and no chemical or synthetic fertilizers either.
All weights are rough estimates +/- 0.10 LBS. When we process our animals, it is very hard to get an exact weight on each cut.
