Description
Halal organic chicken thigh. Marinate overnight and BBQ or grill. Each package has 2 to 3 bags. Each bag has 3 to 4 chicken thighs.
The chickens are free range, certified organic, and are raised organically without the use of genetically engineered grains, antibiotics, hormones or any other growth promoting drugs. All our chickens are air-chilled which means NO added water or whatsoever, in fact the birds lose on average 5% of it water weight during the chilling process, this means you get nothing but tasty, Tayeb chickens and more meat for your dollar spent.

Delicious
Alhamdulillah, so much better than store bought chicken. My elderly mother tasted it and said the chicken tastes like it did when she was a child. Now she is ordering from Halal Pastures too.

I have been looking for organic halal meats for a few years and am so glad to have found Halal Pastures. Everything about the chicken thigh was wonderful! Perhaps the best chicken I have tasted since I was last in Egypt. The chicken thighs are one of my top 3 Halal Pastures favorites. They are absolutely delicious. We like to use them to make Nom Nom Paleo's Cracklin Chicken but they're also great on the grill, in curries, cacciatore and roasted for chicken salad.

Amazing flavor
I recently used the grassfed chicken thighes to make baked chicken. I was surprised at the amount of flavor the chicken had compared to any other chicken I have tried in the past. This product packs alot of flavor and it cooks fast for those busy week nights. Another way we like to enjoy it is "baked fried chicken" --lightly coat the chicken in white rice flour, peprika and black pepper. Pan sear them with a little bit of coconut oil just until golden brown on both sides, toss them on a baking sheet and bake at 400. It comes out tender, soft and flavorful.
